Q: So what books do you like, then?
A: I like history books, war books, science fiction book, chick flicks
Q: Why do you like those specific genres?
A: Because I like history, Sci fi I only ever read vampires and werewolves, its easy reading but its entertaining and a bit different so long as it’s not like twilight
Q: Any characters you enjoy?
A: Yeah, Acheron from the Dark Hunter by Sherrilyn Kenyon. He’s like awesome, uh, that’s the only one I can think of really, well most of the characters out of Dark Hunter books Acheron’s the main guy
Q: How do you describe yourself, your personality?
A: Quirky
Q: I spoke with my tutor, she was saying you’re very loud very flashy sort of person
A: I’m not flashy, I’m loud and opinionated and I like the centre of attention with people I know but not with people I don’t know. So I wouldn’t say I’m flashy, gobby probable
Q: Is that how you think people probably see you?
A: That’s how people tell me they see me
Q: This book is about you going on holiday in different books, what sort of holidays do you like?
A: I like going to cities especially Belfast, I like beaches, nothing too strenuous so long as I can take a book
Q: From what you’ve seen in my sketches what do you do think you would do in a setting such as I don’t know, Frankenstein?
A: Shit my pants and hide in the corner
Q: What about Charlie and the chocolate factory?
A: Eat a lot of sweets…
Q: Wouldn’t we both
A: … And lick the wallpaper
Q: How do you like being a librarian?
A: Love it, absolutely love it
Q: Any bits you don’t love?
A: People, the public
Q: Small children?
A: Yeah especially small children but arsy public, some of them are all right but I don’t really like the general public when they’re rude arseholes
Q: What sort of things make you laugh?
A: I don’t know, people who do funny things people doing thing that you don’t they don’t think people would see them doing, if you know what I mean. Like you see somebody trying to shift up a curb, they look ‘round to say did anyone see me
Q: You like those witty sarcastic signs on the internet?
A: Yeah I like funny memes and cat pictures. I just saw a picture of a cat eating a cheeseburger, I thought that was funny
Q: How do you make people laugh?
A: I’m sarcastic, I take the piss out of myself which kind of makes people laugh though I don’t know if they’re laughing at me or with me I don’t know.
